Returns and Exchanges
Our refund and exchange policy is 30 Days for unopened products and includes items that are DOA (Dead on Arrival) only. We do not offer returns on items for reasons like “I just don’t like it” or “Want to try something else”. That said, your satisfaction is very important to us and we will make every effort to ensure you are satisfied with your order experience. If your product experiences a manufacturer defect within this 30 Day Period we will exchange your item for a replacement. All returns are subject to approval by the employee handling your account and are not a guarantee. If you have dropped or damaged your item in any way do not expect an exchange.
Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this 30 Day period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be like-new in the condition that you received it or in the original unopened box. Opened items must have all the original packaging and accessories. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned at all. Consumable goods such as eLiquid, Coils, Wire, and Cotton are not eligible for return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless it's after the 30 Days.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund or exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment if you are owed one, within a few days.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Our products are shipped within 24 Hours using the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, or UPS . To return your product, you should mail your product to:1600 Mall Cir, Fort Worth TX United States 76116. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item due to shippers sometimes losing or misplacing your package.
